1st Shift Machine Operator/General ProductionPay: $18-19+HRJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team on a 1st shift schedule. The hours are 6:00am - 3:30pm or 5:00am - 3:30pm if needed. The pay rate ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, with the possibility of $20 per hour for candidates with extensive experience. Some Saturday work may be required.In this role, you will be trained to operate a variety of machines and perform quality checks on small parts such as screws and bolts. You will run two machines simultaneously based on workload, troubleshoot machines, and assist with setups. The job involves working with epoxy, using hand tools to loosen parts, changing pumps, and performing machine setups. Additional responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, applying sealant to fasteners, hand-feeding machines, packaging parts, and lifting up to 40 lbs. You will also be cross-trained in other departments. The work is repetitive and requires standing in one spot, and you will utilize micrometers.Hard Skills
